[Vid] You know SCRUM? Think again...

I meet a lot of people who think they know something about SCRUM, and why SCRUM doesn’t work.
And if I ask “Why do you think that?”… I get funny answers like:

“we tried it, we had our daily scrum… every other Friday. ”
“there is never enough time in the timebox.”
“What do you mean: talk to each other?”

There is only one way to understand SCRUM: learn from the best.

You can start right here by watching this Google Techtalk about SCRUM held by Ken Schwaber.
Do it!

kurzer Lacher… dann Schweigen.

Dan Ariely is a behavioral economist and researches, why and how people make the same errors again  and again.
With very unexpected reasons and very funny. Are we in control of our own decisions? This is about decision making and irrational behavior…
